Refund policy

For your convenience, we offer a 48-hour refund policy exclusively for damaged items. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bouclejewelry.com to initiate the return process.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for any other reason besides item damage. All custom requests aren't eligible for returns unless the item is damaged. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
